When clients walk through the door, Sharon Hoffman is the first person they see. She answers the phone, manages the scheduling, and handles the daily needs that keep client relationships running smoothly. Before joining the team, she spent 15 years as a middle school science teacher at Susquehanna Township School District, a background that makes the consistent, patient presence she brings to her role feel entirely natural.
She lights up when describing a specific kind of moment in her work: a client in their 90s who still comes in for their annual review, year after year, because the relationship has been tended well enough to last a lifetime. She describes the team and the clients as an extended family, and those longtime relationships are, to her, the proof.
Sharon lives in Linglestown, Pennsylvania, in the house she grew up in. After her father passed away, she bought the family home, and it remains the center of her family's life. She and her husband, Tony, have been married since 1993 and have two daughters, Maile and Madison, both of whom are married. Their granddaughter Mila Joy is the current main event. Sharon and Tony are devoted Penn State Wrestling fans who travel to State College and follow the team to competitions throughout the country. She previously served as treasurer for the Linglestown Area Civic Association.
